Diana Containerships Inc. (NASDAQ: DCIX), a global shipping company specializing in owning and operating containerships, today announced that its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 are scheduled to be released before the opening of the U.S. financial markets on Thursday, February 23, 2012.

The Company’s management will conduct a conference call and simultaneous Internet webcast to review these results at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, February 23, 2012.
