Diana Shipping Inc. (NYSE: DSX), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership and operation of dry bulk vessels, today announced that its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 are scheduled to be released before the opening of the U.S. financial markets on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.

The Company’s management will conduct a conference call and simultaneous Internet webcast to review these results at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
